According to recent Kensington research, 8 out of 10 VARs regularly recommend and sell accessory products to their customers. Using this information, Kensington looked for ways to make these transactions more profitable and valuable for VARs in terms of margin and customer satisfaction. The program is tiered based on annual purchase volumes. Any VAR can register and immediately qualify for the Elite level membership. Elite Plus membership, which offers additional discounts and other benefits, can be earned by exceeding $25,000 in annual Kensington purchases.
